We are a family of 6, we moved to Kentucky in July of 2002. We have
family up in Des Monies ,Iowa and Peoria/Pekin, ILL Area, We are in the
western part of Kentucky By LBL. We have been sharing our lives with
AKC Siberian Huskies since 2002 and before that we had a Siberian
husky for about 17 years. Our goal is to breed and raise the best quality
companions for show and pets. We breed limitly and to improve the breed.
It is our opinion that the Siberian Husky is the best all around canine
companion available. All of our Siberian husky friends are a part of our
family and are well socialized from the time they are born until they go to
their new homes or stay with us. We spoil them immeasurably. We have
a variety of color as we like the breed as a whole there for we do not
breed for coat or eye color. We do have stud service available for
approved females.
We started Harley's paws after Harley was tragically taken from
us. We started with only 3 Siberian huskies. We have decided to start
working the dogs in harness & enter the conformation show ring the lines
we currently work with are Kewayden sled line, Shonies sled line,and soon
to come Heishman lines which are a blend of nice show lines and sled
lines. We have done pedigree research and we have found some of our
dogs come from Seppala's lines several generations back, as well as
going back to Monadnock & Chinook's lines. The Seppala is one of the first
Siberian Huskies like Togo (we know him as Balto) and the Dam Nome.
